5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days, depending on stock availability.
Delivery time varies by location and shipping partner (Delhivery, India Post, DTDC, etc.).
We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

7. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is:
Damaged on arrival
Defective or incorrect
Unused and in original packaging
Refunds are processed after quality check and can take 5–7 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is from our end.
Customized or bulk orders are non-returnable.
